active sourcing

Active Sourcing gives you and your partners the opportunity to approach visitors directly during an event. If your guests have activated the corresponding function, they can then be invited directly to a conversation by an advisor.

Queue

If a contact person is already in a conversation, the next visitor is automatically in the queue. Both the guest and the counsellor are informed about this status and can contact each other later accordingly.

Contacts & Leads

If a visitor agrees to share their contact details during a 1:1 conversation, all relevant information is immediately available to the exhibitor. Together with the notes that can be written during the consultations, these can then be used for further lead-nurturing.

Dates

Time management made easy: Thanks to individually definable appointment slots, exhibitors and guests can plan personal consultations in advance. The dates are added to the personal visitor agenda and your participants receive a reminder shortly before the appointment.
